S2k allows pump tests to be entered using the system below:
Click on the hi-lighted button above for the grade that requires a pump test to be entered. You must put total Quantity and Amount for each grade. S2k will then automatically deduct this from your daily sales.
C-Store Sales – Daily Reconciliation
C-Store Sales can be viewed as shown below:
This screen will show you the following:
1) Department name
2) Dollar amount of the that dept sold
3) % Of Sales
4) Margin
5) Profit in dollars
6) % of Profit
You can also view the SKU/PLU details in each department by
clicking on the (
) that will expand the items (provided you get
this data from the POS and you are scanning):
This will show you all the items that were sold in that department on that day.
Margins
C-store Margin information is also shown in this window. Margins can be set at department level or item level.
Department level margins are set based on a default percentage, when cost is not complete at item level. Example of department level margins is shown below:
Item level margins are based on
a. Items scanned at the POS
b. Cost is completed on item level purchase invoice
To research any given item in this window, right click on the UPC number for more options: Item details, Inventory History, Change Price, SKU merge, and SKU assembly
