Repolling Data from a Passport

If you ever need to repoll data from a Passport for whatever reason, follow these steps:

1. Have someone at the store log into the POS as Manager

2. Click Setup

3. Click Store

4. Click Back Office

5. Click RePoll XML Files

6. Select All Configuration Files option

7. Select the date you need resent (only one day will be processed at a time. If you have multiple dates, repeat steps 6,7, and 8)

8. Click OK
